
Terms & Conditions
1. No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
As all items are produced to your unique specifications, they are deemed final sale. Once the design phase is initiated, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
2. Client Responsibility & Pre-Order Verification
The Client is solely responsible for verifying all customization details prior to purchase. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., aesthetic preference, change of mind) are expressly invalid.
3. Intellectual Property Warranty & Indemnification
The Client warrants that all materials supplied for the customization are free from any third-party intellectual property claims. The Client shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from the use of said materials.
4. Order Fulfillment Process
4.1. The workflow shall follow these stages: Pre-Sales Consultation → Order Placement → Requirements Finalization → Design Commencement → Draft Submission → Revision Rounds (Maximum of 2) → Final Approval → Fulfillment.
4.2.Digital Products:The final source files will be delivered.
4.3.Physical Products:Three (3) units will be shipped. The Company will not provide the design source files. For mass production, a separate agreement is required. Product dimensions will conform to the Company's standard specifications for the series.
5. Acknowledgement of Product Variations
The Client acknowledges and accepts that minor variations in color and surface finish are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.
